Taiwan’s level 2 Covid-19 alert is extended to Aug. 23.
However, further relaxing covid-related restrictions are gradually in place. Restaurants and sport venues are allowed to reopen at reduced capacity. The new semester of school at all levels will begin on Sep. 1. More facilities are resuming under safety measures.
Coax-RF will keep bringing updated status here.
Taiwan retains to strict all controls after return to Level 2 alert except some exemption such as humanitarian considerations or emergency exceptions.
Sectors staying closed during Level 2, such as education venue for senior learning, training classes, K book centers, etc.
The most important issue we concern is when the kindergartens, daycare center, after-school programs and cram schools can be reopened. That will affect our manpower for operation.
